Revery Point Luxury Condo Classification

Luxury condominium is a word used commonly but there are higher standards of construction that are used to be considered “luxury” including noise and insulation standards which Revery Point meets or exceeds. If you are considering a Nashville area condo, here are some of elements to think about including location, interior finishes and luxury construction.

Revery Point Luxury Lakefront Condos

Overlooking beautiful Old Hickory Lake in Gallatin, Tennessee, Revery Point is a development of luxury condominiums located just 25 minutes outside of Nashville and convenient to the Nashville airport.

A charming city within itself, Gallatin is a vibrant community of locally owned restaurants, arts and community theater as well as historic sites of interest. Gallatin was also voted the “Nicest Place in America."

Luxury Construction

Revery Point is being developed by Joe Godfrey with Manous Design and builder Hannah Custom Homes LLC.

Each condo has a more sophisticated feel with higher ceilings, eight-foot solid core doors, tray ceilings and oversize trim and crown. What takes Revery Point to the next level are the building finishes and specifications which you don’t find often in condominiums.

Condo Wall Sound Proofing – Next Level

Sound proofing is required to be officially classified as a luxury condo. The walls of Revery Point have been designed at this standard for Sound Transfer Coefficient (STC). In between each unit, two walls are built separate from one another so vibration doesn’t not transfer between units.

Sound proofing has been key to obtaining official luxury standards for the construction of Revery Point.

The walls have a 5/8 layer of sheet rock, a resilient sound channel and then finished with another 5/8 inch piece of sheet rock and filled with sound reducing insulation. The ceiling also has also been configured with similar sound proofing measures.

Condo Floor Sound Proofing

Revery Point floors are filled with sound reducing insulation. On top of the sub floor, we have a sound-insulating mat. It is then layered with one-inch of Gypcrete®. During the installation of the hardwood flooring, a ¼ inch sound deadening glue is used for installation. The tile also gets a sound-reducing underlayment.

This may all seem like a lot of information but it is important when considering and comparing condominiums.

Quality Interior Finishes

Now that you know what is behind the wall, floors and ceiling of Revery Point, we invite you to take a closer look at the interior finishes used. With the expertise of in-house interior designer, Shaun Doughtery, SDI, Revery Point offers a base package for counters, cabinets and light fixtures rivaling any large urban city.

Interior finishes such as custom cabinets with numerous colors and door styles to choose from, hickory hardwood floors, tile backsplashes, and Kitchen-Aid Appliances are just a few of the standards you will find at Revery Point.
